If my internet all of a sudden is VERY slow, why in the world would I want to have an additional service with Comcast. If our phones go down or don't work, then you're hurting our business. Our phone service is VERY reliable with Verizon, thank you very much. We've NEVER been this slow in all the years we've had internet with Comcast!
