I have Xfinity Gigabit service. I just did a speed test with my MacBook Pro about 10 ft. from the router. I got only ~85 Mbps. I then did a speed test with my iPhone 11, and got 400 Mbps, which is more in line with what I'd expect. I checked the xFi app and both devices are connected to the Gateway.
